For new customer registration to place orders and open support tickets, please download, complete, and send the Customer Registration Form to info@wellsinterconnection.com.
To place cross connect orders once registered, please download, complete, and send the Cross Connect Activity Form to crossconnects@wellsinterconnection.com.
If receiving a cross connect, you will need to provide LOA/CFA to the ordering party. For your convenience a sample LOA/CFA and a fill-able template are provided below.
